In the options above, go for cultus
1000 CC gud mileage, good AC...
    say NO to cuore..
buy CNG fitted, in case CNG is banned, move on petrol...
but if you can afford petrol, go for it, then you will have a wide trunk in your car for luggage.
Leave sooner, drive slower, live longer

If you just have to choose 1 among the three you mentioned than my recommendation would be to go for Coure. I am not in favour of Cultus or Alto because I do not think they are even worth the price they are being sold in the Islamabad/Rawalpindi market.

My recommendation would be to also consider buying a Santro. You can find some in great conditions for reasonable rates. The advantages of getting a Santro would be that you will be getting a 1000 cc engine and pretty much same consumption one can get from Cultus.
Are you thinking what I'm thinking that I think that you're thinking I'm thinking because if you think that I think what I think I'm thinking then we've got a problem?

If you change cars frequently than Passo is good car to have for lets say a year or so. Otherwise, opt for zero meter Cultus, as in 1000cc market, not much choices are available. Buy a petrol model as the CNG has a very bleak future.

A used lancer would easily fall in your budget. Or you looking for a hatchback?

mine was 2008 face uplift model with 8airbags and FL package and i bought it Dec 2010 only 2years used in japan and da reading on clock was 34k i dont know was it orignal reading or tempered and by the time i sold it was 50k and with no work absol out class condition
sold it for 10.25k with a loss of 50k
brother the thing is tht vitz is a very nice ride with superb suspension and comfort featuresbut i was not satisfied with its fuel consumption mine was giving 12km in local and 14 on long although i use to maintain it from toyota dealership
the thing is brother its really difficult to find a genuine reconditioned car with low mileage and real auction sheet
the best thing is if u can import get it urself
or atleast u can get good car from karachi as thr r a number of good showrooms and dealers thr
frm rwp/isb u will get on high prices and still not up2 da mark
