You can go for 2004 City, Liana, Lancer, 2000 Corolla or 2003 Corolla Diesel.
Diesel is a good option in my opinion because of CNG situation and lower market prices for now.

Anything but, going from Mehran to a 99 Civic, that too in 7lac budget... perfect recipe for nightmares. You can get a pretty clean 98 Civic though, but still not wise decision.

In Bilal Gunj, most of the 96 Civic parts are cheaper than Alto, Cultus, Cuore, etc- We're talking body parts, interior, mechanical parts, even suspension parts, and engine, gearbox.
Neither are 05 Civic parts expensive as such, if you know how and where to buy- and definitely not difficult at all to fix for a sane mechanic- you can take care of most the regular maintenance too; there are a lot of DIYs available online.
Now coming to the point: suspension is the Achilles' heel.

Talking about 7th gen Civic, setting up suspension can easily cost you 50-80 thousands, and it's pretty sensitive to road conditions compared to Toyotas'. If, however, your roads are fine, and you are ready to spend this much once, the suspension could easily last 3-5 years, depending upon the quality of work done, CNG and road conditions.
Not much different story for 5th and 6th gen Civics, considerably cheaper though.
