One of my friends own 2008 model (Reborn Shape) England model Hybrid Civic. He claims to get an average of 18KM/Liter while driving in Islamabad.
I have used/driven this car myself and found it GREAT. It has got 1300cc iDSI engine (with CVT) but its IMA technology gives u much better performance (pick and power) as u expect from this engine. It is luxurious with a lot of features which are not found in local reborn version. Safely features include additional air bags and VSA system.

This is what I could find out in my limited use of this car
