Default Nissan Sunny Diesel - Feedback / suggestion needed

    Dear fellows,
With reference to Nissan Sunny Diesel (with CD-17 or CD 20 engines), I have an understanding that its a great car with respect to performance, milage is excellent and and technology is better when comparing to corolla's 1C or 2C engines. I need your feedback and expert openion whether my understanding is right or wrong and secondly what about maintenance and spare parts availability in rwp and isb? would it be a wise decision to have one such car (preferably 97 to 2001 model Sunny 2.0D) in a very good condition and for which the price range also seems very attractive (considering that I have no issues in keeping and driving diesel vehicles)? what could be the potential issues and drawbacks? Your comments plz!

That wud be a nice choice u just need to search a car with good engine as most of the available Sunny 2.0D are abused but still u can find some good deal. Body parts are never issue for this car but due to declining trend of diesel car in our market the Parts of engine if required might make some trouble in terms of availablity but i dont think a good engine if manintained regularly woud give any problem.
