bro u live in islamabad where petrol is best .I live in lahore and sialkot and islamabad .

If u go to lahore just fill ur tank and check the avg then i see how ur city gives 19 in city.
Last week i was in islamabad i filled my altis tank full and when i was coming to silakot my altis was giving me 18+ avg .

this is fact that petrol is very good in islamabad .Many few people knows this and observed this.
And bro just tel me when u drive city donnt u feel light weight chinese car feeling coming .
The shape is very good but driving experience is very bad.
Just drive gli atleast u feel that u are driving heavy good car .

I also have Toyota Corolla Altis 2007 model but I don't feel light weight when driving my Honda City. May be you should change the tyres of your ride. And yes when driving a Gli, you feel that you are driving a heavy car because of its small 84 bhp engine. Only in Pakistan, Toyota Corolla is coming with 2NZ-FE engine.
Let me quote some data from another website.

The 2NZ-FE is a 1.3 L (1298 cc) version built in Japan. Bore is 75 mm and stroke is 73.5 mm, with a compression ratio of 10.5:1. Output is 63 kW (84 hp) at 6000 rpm with 121 Nm (89 lb?ft) of torque at 4400 rpm.
The Toyota 2NZ-FE 1.3 L engine was designed in 1999 with Otowa Yamaha as the head engineer of the project. Toyota introduced the VVT-i system on the 2NZ-FE to improve fuel efficiency and emissions. VVT-i is now a feature of all current Toyota engines.

Jdm alto 650 gives 25km/liter on long route. The local mileage is not good. Its 11km per liter. I am working on it and will update the results soon.

you cannot beat the economy of a diesel engine, I have driven many diesels, still drive one.. and their mileage cannot be beat.

    Nissan Sunny 1.7 avg 20-22 km/lit
    Nissan Sunny 2.0 avg 15-18 km/lit
    Corolla 2.0 avg 14-17 km/lit
    VW 1.6 avg 22-24 km/lit
    mercedes benz 3.0 12-15 km/lit

All are not light foot driving and they can haul heavy load too.

Maintenance of the fuel filter is done very 15000 kms (meaning every 3rd oil change) - costs cheap as chips. I hate it when people compare their little silly kei cars with medium sized sedans, How about you load your kei car with luggage and 5 passengers, run it full A/C and climb nathia gali - It wont do it - it might once, but then you would have to pay mechanic for repairs.

What I believe everyone wants is a CD70 engine in a car..

for a 3.0 diesel with autobox - its pretty good. $**** compared to my old VW, but still good compared to a 3.0 petrol engine.
