    Default very urgent help req...

    salam
    today i checked a car which is bank leased car , the car is 2004 model but registered in 2006
    my questions are that...
    1)is it possible that we drive bank leased car for 2 years without registration?
    2)bank issued noc but duplicte is witten on noc ?
    is this car safe to buy or not and plz explain these two questions
    thnx its urgent

    Connections,favours this is what we see all around,yes there are examples that bank leased vehicles don't get registered for quite a long time,why? Every one has its own reasons,secondly duplicate NOC is not a big deal,just verify it from bank.Make sur all the rest documents should be in original.

    secondly why there is written duplicate on noc?

    There is only one possible reason,bank issued NOC,favouring lessee he(might be)sold the car and it went on selling, someone lost it then bank issued duplicate.So you better inquire this from bank.
