    Post Upgraded XLi or GLi

    I really need help....

I have to buy a brand new Corolla. My budget states that i should buy a XLi with upgrades (GLi package) whereas ABS is one important feature too.

Color option is medium silver for both...

The difference of 120,000/- can be covered by borrowing money but then again... is it really worth it..

I am mid aged driver who usually drives at 50~70Km/hr within city and max 120 Km/hr on highways...

This car will be meant for family usage...

I am buying a corolla for re-sale reasons.

A prompt help will be highly appreciated.

Frankly speaking ABS doesn't make big difference.

Gli will definitely worth over Xli.
Because Stock ABS and Stock Power windows cant be compared with After-market Ones.
The winner ain?t the one with the fastest car, it?s the one who refuses to lose.

Without ABS,4 Wheels disc brakes with rock hard stiff suspension parts,No offence but difficult to digest.

The price difference is indeed significant and i believe too borrowing and buying assets is not the right step..

I am just worried abt performance of breaking.... ABS or no ABS though i had an EXi prosmatec 2005 previously which is also without ABS and never had trouble in breaking.

I've experienced a major difference between ABS and no ABS braking, mainly because I drive aggressively. Never had an accident tho but I'd suggest to be better safe than sorry.

I have never felt big difference in ABS or non ABS Brakes. Go for XLI. Now also available in three metallic colours (Medium Silver, Gun Metallic, Red Vine)
