Brother a genuine XLi/GLi corolla with around 75,000 km petrol and few touchups could cost you as high as 9 lacs.

Problem is that most of those periods XLi/GLi are abused by teenagers or rent a car.

So a good home used 2004-05 XLi in Karachi costs around 8 lacs. SE-Saloon and Auto are cheaper by 20-40K and rose mist colours.

Civic is a flop specially cat -eye and eagle eye old cars all are driven by so called boy racers. Maintenance is more expensive than a new corolla or city.

There r various variants like M/T, Prosmatec, UG, Oriel, EXi, VTi, good car will be of 8 lacs normal 7.5 lacs, average 7 lacs and below average 6.5 lacs for 2004 civic.
All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better.
