Brother I would not recommend to buy either since both the cars shape will be changed at 2014 end.
City more power, better fuel economy, needs better quality petrol, inferior looks and plastic grill, not good on CNG, hard suspension, more cabin noise, cheap and uninspiring interior parts, expensive body parts, little exclusive on road, big trunk (bigger than my 2002 CL-9), skinny tyres standard, less resale, small turning and footprint standard 173 inch 66.5 inch length and width, better AC, better road visibility, comfortable seats, less cabin space, cheaper insurance, cornering limit early & little unstable on highway after 140km/hr (but it does not matter since the speed limit is 120 on highway).
Corolla less power, less fuel economy, runs on any kind of petrol, better looks, goods on CNG, soft suspension, less cabin noise, better interior, very easy to maintain, very common on road, smaller trunk, better tyres, high resale, big size (bigger than my 1989 Accord), inferior AC with full load or CNG, inferior visibility, less comfortable seats, more cabin space, expensive insurance and fear of theft, better cornering and high speed stability because of its size.
Review based on driving experience of 1 2009 XLi, 1 2011 XLi (0 meter), 2011 GLi (25K driven Petrol), 2009 City auto (35K petrol), 2012 December City 1.5 (0 meter).
So u can clearly see that its more like Coca-Cola V Pepsi rather than Batman Vs Bane war.
It all boils down on your age, driving experience and priorities.
Hope it helps.
