Depends on whether you need a sedan or a smaller car without a trunk. These are the cars available in your range, so you can check specifications and reviews for the ones you like.

    - Honda City 2004-2007 - practical, spacious, solid build quality, good fuel economy but not so great looks.
    - Suzuki Liana 2006-2009 - practical, spacious, great fuel economy and built in CNG but not so great looks. Parts are expensive if you purchase them directly with suzuki and resale might not be so good.
    - Suzuki Cultus 2009-2013 - practical, OK looks, good pick, has built in CNG depending on the model you purchase and also has good resale. Parts are available everywhere.
    - Toyota Passo 2007-2010 - good looks, great build quality, good fuel economy but expensive parts.
    - Toyota Vitz 2004-2008 - good looks, great build quality, expensive parts and not so good fuel economy.
    - Daihatsu Mira 2009-2011 - extremely spacious, extremely fuel efficient but not so great build quality, and expensive parts.

Brother if you have long daily travel and go to areas like M.A Jinnah Road or Saddar congested areas 2007 Passo is best for you.

In local cars you can get a 2009-10 Cultus VXLi with power steering for 850K but its like a go cart and no comfort at all.

If you need a proper sedan with trunk for family you can get a 2007 XLi or 2005-07 Altis Auto in 1M, also JDM X Corolla 2003-05.

Stay away from Honda at all costs they have expensive parts and 5-7 years old used Hondas are pain in neck and not reliable at all.

2006-08 Vario (No CNG) will cost you 800-825K with around 75k to 100K mileage in genuine condition and repaint car for 750k. Manual City in which CNG works is 50K expensive.

2004-06 Civic Prosmatec will cost you 800-850K in genuine condition and 750k for repaint.

If u can stretch h your budget a little you can have a 2009 current shape City for 1,050,000 which is only good Honda available.
All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better.
