    Default corolla assista 2002

    Salam
I was looking for a car in 8-8.5 range. I decided to consider passo but dropped the idea after browsing threads related to jdm cars and how they get damaged cars repaired.
Hence only choices left were civic 2003-04. City 2006. Se saloon.
Now someone I can trust completely who was also a dealer in the past advised me to consider assista 2002 he knows of. the guy who owns it imported it himself and this is assured that the car was bought in good working condition. first owner in pakistan and petrol driven completely. According to my friend its a great car (x assista) and has resale too. (He is the sort of guy who likes the durable cars like indus etc. He doesnt have passo). Has anyone driven that car? I dont like its shape at all though. But do you think if I can get one for 8.5 it ll be good buy instead of city civic and se saloon? Does the car have resale value? Is it more comfortable than civic exi? Will share pictures once I see the car.

Actually I m getting one in 8.5 but not more tham 9 at all. The car will have high milage for sure. I ll get thoroughly inspected by a mechanic. So if its all good overall you suggest its a great purchase. Its not x actually. Its assista x. Dont know the difference. Kher will get to know once I see the car myself.

I think Assista X is better option than X. While finding a car is 8.5 is a tough job. if you find any X or Assista X in this budget then one thing is for sure that it resale is low, because i had Civic exi 2005 with 84K on odometer and i bought ii one year ago for rs. 950K and sold it previous month for Rs. 930K.
