In my opinion BIG NO....even after spending around 1670+115= 1785k, its still a city, a step down to civic...and most importantly having a very stiff suspension, which always make u unhappy...

^Agreed. Go for a manual 2011-2012 8th gen civic oriel. Fits easily in your budget.

Go for it, this car is comfortable because of its leather seats. Many of my friends who own corolla says that city's seats are too good. Plus its drive is also better than the corolla. And it can beat the 1.6 gli easily because of its low weight, cant say about the altis.

Cars are for transportation not for racing purpose. If u want to race own a sports car and find a race track

Daniyal.. i cant suggest anything related to Aspire... but if u want a car for racing then buy yourself a civic (old shape) and change its engine to the 1.7 available in the market, i am told that its an original civic engine brought in via Peshawar/afghanistan... and does not require any alteration or any new welding etc...its just like replacing 1000cc engine in vitz with 1300 cc one...
a friend of mine has it and i can assure you that you will even give altis a run for the money.. u simply have no idea bro.. it is a pure beast

Its not about the seat its about hard suspension
Aspire has lather seats but another thing bothers me in city is no impact protection behind bumpers front and rear I see it gets deformed frame even in.minor hits from smaller cars

City remined me of a 89 mehran whixh we had it had some time baxk it had sofa seats new poshish but hard suspension made its drive like awo oh khadda im sure it has better stability then corollas but look at our roads only it had soft suspension and impact protection rails then I would be a fan of this car

Default Ground clearance and uphill performance of aspire 1.5 prosmatec

    Dear All,

I am also considering to buy City Aspire 1.5 in two months. Thanks to this and other forum threads on PW, I have done my research and know most of the pros/cons. however, i have a concern on its ground clearance and uphill/downhill performance. in fact, i drive to northern areas (naran/ kaghan) and Kashmir (neelum/ bagh) at least once a year.
    - on those bad roads (stones, streams, pits, etc.) do i stand the risk of damaging the car?
    - generally, how good are auto transmission cars in these uphill/downhill driving situations?

    Thanks for your anticipated advice

    Asim
