Default Cultus VS Wagon R 2014

    hi guys,

This is my first post in this section, otherwise i m quite active in road trip vacation section.
I would like to know your expert opinion to purchase the new car. choice is suzuki cultus or suzuki wagon R 2014 model. rates are almost same of VRX category. suggest me which is better car and why. some one told me that cultus is going to be stop manufacturing by suzuki in near future..

    Regards,
    Mansoor

I agree, Wagon R looks ugly while Cultus has some graceful looks, but in any case cultus can never compete with Wagon R
So the cars in pakistan that are imported from dubai were first exported from japan tp dubai back in time? like the car was shipped twice, once from japan to dubai then from dubai to pak? If im not wrong?

front space is better then cultus
    brakes are better then cultus
engine is quiet cabbin is quite
also suzuki has one thing remember when swift was launched 09 10 models were amazing
then 11 12 13 14 and u will see quality problems some have cooling issue in ac some have worn out eps some have water dripping form wind screen brakes die too quick even if i want a swift will not buy a new one 09 10 models were great same thing with almost every suzuki till 08 cultus were good

wagon r is fresh most parts are imported nothing is available in local market for it
quality is a bit better body feels solid then cultus but it does not have any protection like most other suzuki cars
so same case might be with this car if its newly launched by suzuki then it means buy it
yes if i talk about my self then i hate its shape too ugly designer was high when he laid down the lines
yes i can work with cars with carbs improve them work on altos l but majority is not me nor like me so lets stop enforcing our beliefs on others
considering cultus wagon r is a better option go for it op

Thanks drifter for your valuable suggestions. i want to know is there any general problem/s faced by any wagon R user regarding engine, suspension,a.c cooling, drive etc.????

From the ones I met they said till now nothing as I said parts are not local on this car
Most shifted from alto and cultus and are satisfied
I currently have alto 11 and when I accelerate it to max engines sound like its a diesel engine
Wagon r is quiter a lot quiter then alto
Just owners said as tires are thin and many wagon r owners might agree to change to bigger ones
    Else pretty good car
    In comparison to cultus

IMO 40k for only two power window is not justified. waiting for @Sarkaar point of view on wheels.

Stock tires are good for petrol average but if you want good road grip then 175/70r13 is best

    nothing is justified
but i am keeping that aside
    vxl has power windows front
    and power steering
    also RPM meter
and i don't knw about dash if vxr comes with 2 tone or black
also VXL more ppl prefer it and i never seen a VXR or VX on roads

I am having 175/70/r13 and they are going fine, ride is smooth and mileage is 15km/l + with 60% ac on. I aslo believe stock tires do not go with car size.
