Default Budget of 15 lacs and so many concerns

    Dear PW Members,
I have decided to sold me beloved swift 2012 DX.I bought this car brand new and drove almost 50,000 km without any issues.Only reason I am selling is to buy big car to meet family requirements.

I have shortlisted few options and now i need your sincere advice to finalized the purchase.

    1-Civic 2010 -2012 iVtec prosmetic Manual
    2-City 2013 - 2014
    3-Axio/Fielder 2007
    4-Liana brand new

My biggest concern is security , solid drive and quality so put civic on top of list which i believe has immobiliser
secondly if i go for city and add tracker later on would it be sufficient to avoid theft.

kindly recommend which options is best for me as i also wanted trouble free car for next 3-4 years.

    Thanks

If you want brand new Liana, ask Suzuki dealerships near you.
I was offered a brand new Liana , 0% interest and 18 months to pay for the car. Awesome, Ay?
So, if you can live with the Liana, ie low resale value, then it's a steal, if you're keeping it for many years to come.
New Liana does not have ABS and power mirrors afaik.
Btw- we chose a new Swift instead.
Turbo lag is like foreplay. You know it's coming. And it's gonna be good.

You can also go for a 2013 model very less driven LXI which is still under the warranty. That way you would have the ABS and save some money as well and the resale won't hit you that bad in the future.

I would never prefer driving any car with CNG,Liana which i drove today was 5000 km driven RXI and i felt brakes and grip of swift is way better in comparison to Liana which n doubt has comfortable drive.

I think it's time to close this thread because I have decided that civic 2008-2012 is suitable for me for the following reason.
    1- It has immobiliser
2- Resale is not that bad.
3- It has bigger trunk and that's my requirement.
4- As fuel prices are getting down so even if i get 10 km/ltr that's affordable
5- After driving swift i believe civic would meet my standards because i really consider power, brakes and grip

now i need help from civic 2008-2012 owners to guide me further

    Thanks
