    Default a really big misconception

AOA I have encountered many ppl saying suzuki swift is a very good car I personally like swift but when a some person say suzuki liana being a bad car even after share same engine, axle, suspention, brake in short every physical performance part and say that suzuki liana have swift use same engine but different head so I visit shershah to physically inspect engine as suzuki swift and liana have different plastic cover/airfilter cover it was easy to differenciate between them I inspected some head of swift and liana both were exactly the same then I told the whole to a shop owner and then the shop owner told me full story he told be there no difference in both infact some imported suzuki aerios engine have a different plastic cover/airfilter cover and it just a plastic cover/airfilter cover difference in both engine so I researched on internet and found the shop owner was right I am attaching a pic of suzuki aerio engine bay for reference

Liana was well appreciated when it was launced in Pakistan, all Blamed to Paksuzki for not providing better after sales and not educating its consumer about its product. As Liana was only sedan at that time which launched by Suzuki as FF CNG which was also the cause of its failure. If its been on Petrol then it would be a different story.

saboor bhai muradi has sold his swift
liana was success else in world but here ff cng cheap brakes made it suck
new xli and new liana were same price
I even remember review done on atv liana and city back in 05
he clearly said liana has better pick then city idsi but over time it became apparent that liana was a bad decsion
city idsi is still a survivor
if ps at that time put simple g 15 in liana then every one would have loved it on cng as well

bro to be honest swift brakes weren't that good as well( a only 21k driven car ), my jdm alto has much better brakes than Swift, the only thing rocking it is the engine and pick which is very amazing till the 10-11 models after that quality detoriated and its the only powerful hatchback of pak so its a hit, Liana may have alot of more features than city, xli, gli but it lacks the most important thing "Quality & Reliability" .
but as soon as my Alto gets sold ill close my eyes and go for another Swift as that car is simply love even with the problems

road grip of Swift is great though and stiff suspension makes it more fun on smooth roads but it gets a bit uncomfy on bumpy roads

yours might have gotten the brake pads changed recently, mine were near end required replacement so that may be the issue, btw my mira es had shitty brakes

if I am plaing to keep alto mine for a long time then might switch to non abs jdm alto brake booster and ventilated disks
j have tested brakes of a 06 alto they were non abs the standard edition but to my surprise that car was amazing
    same thing with nissan otti
I mean what japanese guys do
swift was good too till 11 after that quality dropped
