I am in islamabad. Reborn in manual is not with good resale market. I saw yesterday 2010 grey manual reborn , 1 piece touch. He was asking 15.50, but i am sure no one is going to pay him above 14.
In lahore same condition car u can get around 13.50 or less.
Vti otiel prosmatic is most expensive.

I think civic reborn depreciation rate is very high and people are not realizing.

Bhai no resale for Civic M/T no one drives 1.8L gas guzzler stick shift in traffic jams or speed brakers.

I sold a 2012 9th gen Civic for 1.8 Million 2 days ago total genuine paint and electrical / mechanical 30,000km in Honda warranty.

2010 Rebron does not sell for more than 1.6M here no matter how genuine it is or even if its Prosmatec UG Navigation and if its touch up or normal condition it sells for 1.5M and 1.4M for repaint car and 1.3M for accident and 1.2M for CPLC car.

Oriel M/T sells less than hardtop Prosmatec in used market despite the invoice and buying price is way more than hardtop.

Based on your analysis I think my budget should be 14.5 - 15 and I should look for hard top prosmatic

Bhai dont look for sunroof or no SR just look at the drivetrain and overall condition of the car. Even a good 2004 Civic is better then 2010 Reborn in bad shape as the parts alone will cost u 2-3 lacs easily and a months time.

1.5M here in excellent condition for 2010 on petrol and less than or around 50,000km and 50k less for 2009. Repaint one for 1.3M.

In Punjab it will be easily 100-150k expensive and in Islamabad dont even think about less than 1.8M.
