Honda, Toyota, Suzuki, Hyundai, etc. can be called OEM. But we cannot say "Guard as OEM". Guard is just a company that produce filters.

Yes. I have gone through that post. OK I will ask my friend to do the same experiment and will share here.
you took it wrong way, i wrote comparison b/w OEM filter (Toyota/Honda/Suzuki) Guard filter and leppon. I never said guard OEM or original but it proved to be somewhere near to Original Japanese Toyota filter which was of 1200rs and leppon was worst, i don't have any personal issues with leppon but i have never used filters except OE or guard (that to in my old suzuki)

I understand sir. But its also true that we all feel attractive towards price.
Means if some filter is expensive, then we feel it must be of good quality & vise versa.
but i will make some experiment soon and will post pictures.

OEM is Original Equipment Manufacturer. Honda, Toyota, Suzuki, Hyundai, etc do not manufacture filters, or parts. They rely on contractors and part suppliers to manufacture parts and systems, that in turn make an automobile. I'm guessing Guard is OEM for Toyota and Suzuki.

Sir, its true that Honda’s maintainess is expensive than other cars. But if someone selling filters at above prices you mentioned, then he must be making good profits.
Last night I checked Leppon’s air filter for Honda civic and guard’s filter at my friend’s shop.
And physical comparison showed Leppon’s filter paper was soft, more fluffy, neat, and strong also as compared with guard’s. My friend has filters of Leppon, OEM and Guard Company. He was running out of stock for CIVIC’s OEM filter, otherwise I would have compared that too.

Bro u can't compare OEM to Lepon.

Lepon has half life compare to OEM.

Also do check the Mobil 1, Bosch & FRAM filters.
