Question Wagon R vs Cultus vs Faw V2

    AOA
Seniors i want to buy a new car this month i ve noticed that wagon R & Cultus with 1000cc & Faw 1300cc comes in an approx same price tag ignoring the tax issues later on .Faw V2 is not being preferred due to its non availability of spares although different banks are willing to offer financing 1-7 years . now i am confused after hearing that cultus is gonna end in may 2015 so whats the future of Wagon R & its K series engine if i buy, ignoring the shape issue. should i wait till next year, having a used car now or should go with any preferred option?
feed backs with solid reasons will be appreciated
    thanks

i dont think parts will be an issue in isb,, if u dont care for resale then V2 is good option,,
if u r concerned with resale than buy some used car,
every man sleeps 1/3 part of a day,, if he makes ABLUTION before sleeping, 1/3rd of his life will be counted as virtue

Go for V2. All the features, power, economy. Value for money.

Resale wise, Wagon r isn't gonna be hot cake in market any time in near future and may well see the fate of a Liana...

i dont understand this parts issue... the authorized dealer will have them... no manufacturer is mad enough to launch a car with out market support..... if you expect parts to be available at every cycle store like a mehran, then you are at fault.

dont even bother with a cultus.. its a tin can.. the only good cultus were those made upto 2003..
the problem is not our govt... its the people..

I am an owner of a cultus 05 but i'll strongly recommend you to go for FAW vizi 2 as its the beat car in the budget and have wayyyy more features than cultus and wagonR

Plus the shape of vizi 2 is much better than both , i've seen some on the road now , the parts wont be a problem as you will get them easily from the authorized dealer

First of all the question is for how much time u want to retain the car. Features wise vizi v2 is best n fuel economy wise wagonR is best. Resale of these cars cant be judged at this time. About faw vizi its a question mark but wagonR will certainly retain the 1000cc market. Its 3rd best selling in india n international present model of suzuki. Cultus have best resale but with no suspension n power steering. Definitely suzuki is planned to discontinue it. With reduced price of wagonR its best option.

I think even fuel economy wise faw v2 is better a guy was claiming that his faw v2 gave 18km/l on long route

Thanks buddies i couldnt make my Dad convince for faw v2 as he doesnt want to take risk at this moment when both Faw & Wagon r struggling in the so called competitive market. half of finance is under his hands so it looks compromising situation, as m still bargaining with my DAD . can any body tell me what are the other options as i want to have that car for 2 years minimum. Swift DX 2010 or 2011 is also in that budget with no ABS as cultus & Wagon r !!! as dont drive daily like office work, i kept santro for more than 3 years & totally drove 31000km

I'd rather put my money on fire then buy a PKDM Wagon R. Its the ugliest version of Wagon R. If they had to assemble something, they should have gone for the Stingray shape. The car has poor finish and worst shape ever. First Gen Santro > Wagon R PKDM.

Faw seems like a good choice if you wan't to keep it for 5-7 years. Good shape... vitz inside.
