bro there are three way to increase ride height one
    1)spacer
    2)big dia rim/tyre
    3)long springs
    SPACER
it the most ridiculous way of increasing ride heigt becoz of following reason

    BIG DIA RIM/TYRE
if some one want to drive the car on rough road and increase height by big tyre/rim/alloys he is doing nothing but killing it suspension

isn't it modification if modifing is a option then you can raise height of any car take it any where it not any advantage of AE101

Trips from Karachi to isb is not something that every car can bare. In a budget of 9, look for a corolla, give preference to indus but even the shape after that will do. If you get a corolla 2002 onwards, get abs fitted in it. The gli would be my pick because efi is less of a headache with Cng. The indus shape gli is also a nice option but again, brakes are a bit of an issue.

Correction, in 9, you can get a 98 gli, a 2004 gli(1.3), if you look hard enough, even a 2002 se saloon. Go for a fine tuned gli 2004, life will be easier. Carb vehicles will Annoy you in the long run.

In petrol I'd recommend Wagon-R. it's a k-series engine and has excellent fuel efficiency on long routes, but the resale value is a huge downside. But it's still a hundred times better than cultus, apart from a decent shape, there's nothing good in cultus, but if you still plan to buy one, I'd suggest a pre 2003 model, use the rest of the money on restoring it and you'd have a far better ride than the new ones.

Its just the concept of older model requiring frequent maintenance that's bothering you, but I assure you that a '97-'98 corolla would be more reliable than a Liana and it'll require less maintenance compared to Liana. Its engine is simple and our mechanics can understand it easily, it won't bother you at all if you find a clean ride, like the ones that are cleared recently in the amnesty scheme. You need to try it, and if at some point you feel that its hard for you to maintain, you can simply sale it at absolutely no loss and go for your preferred Liana which will get cheaper as the days pass due to lack of spare parts and further reduction is demand.

BTW one of the guys suggesting you to go for a Liana has actually sold his own liana and bought a 27 years old JDM Honda. try asking him the reason behind such unwise decision.

That is just the asking price sir, People who post their ads online ask insane prices, you're one of the biggest examples, Remember your add of the rare liana Lxi? I guess the asking price was higher than the buying price of your Liana, right? In open market one can find a clean JDM Ae101 within the range of 7-8 lacks.

You were satisfied with your car becuase you used it for 46k km only, I drove my Liana for 94k and it I won't call it driving, I literally pulled it after 65-70k with coil issues, heat-up issues, radiator leakage issues, CNG kit issues and many other issues that I don't even remember.

I'm not sure of the method used to raise the height but there I've seen many raised AE101s in Balochistan. And there is one specific indus that I'd try to get a photo of, its owner has installed two strut bars on both sides of the floor, so that whenever the car crosses a speed bump, the struts hit it and raise the car to save the base from any damage.

I'm not much worried about costa, Drogba and Remy both are excellent replacement options, All we need to focus on is the defending side, I don't know what's been the issue with our defending lately, all we guys are relying on is Coutois at the back.
