I think you mean trip meter? The PKDM 8th gen Civic didn't come with an FCD (fuel consumption display). There are alternatives:
a scangauge or ultragauge. The best option, but also the most expensive ($70 to $150 in wholesale, not counting duties)
an assembled MPGUINO unit. You can also build it yourself quite cheaply; the parts cost around 5k-6k Rs.
get an ELM 327 blue-tooth reader, and install the Torque app (pro version costs about $5) on your Android phone.
the cheapest solution is to install a vacuum gauge. It is very basic, but its still better than nothing.
BTW, tiptronic (not triptonic) is a type of automatic transmission pioneered by Porsche. It lets the driver manually upshift or downshift gears. On local cars, its only available in Corollas.
