Default Suzuki liana registred as suzuki swift

For the past few days i was looking for liana then i found one , i paid the seller 20k token money , today i was at stamp office for initial paper work , but when my father look at the stamp paper suzuki liana was registred as suzuki swift actual colour of liana was mentioed white although its of silver colour so at instant we cancel the deal , although chasis number and engine number do match
They said it was a clerical mistake
    Any idea ?

this type of mistake can be corrected (if it really mistake of registration department) if the first owner is interest to help you through it won't be a problem if you try to do it your self get a new retune file (not duplicate NEW) it won't cost you more than 4-5k

Not necessarily a fraudulant case. There have been cases of 2 different cars being registered on 1 number. Clerical mistakes are not that rare. But always advisable to get it cchecked just to avoid any hassle. If the previous owner can get the matter sorted for you, its all right.
