Question Importing Super charger for Fit Hybrid RS 2012?

Salam.I hope all of you are enjoying Ramazan
I have a question,i want to install a bold on super charger kit on my Fit hybrid RS 2012. It costs near 3000$. and the shipping via DHL is costing 200$. My question is does those shipping 200$ cover the duty and custom etc also, or i have to pay extra?
how much extra? i tried to search the govt rates about importing and found this useful thread on Pakwheels
    https://www.pakwheels.com/forums/veh...rt-classic-car

but i could not find which rule will apply on superchargers? if we apply rule of "Other items" ,than its 4$ per Kg.
That mean near 40$ custom duty if wt 10 Kg.
Or the guys at custom will see the pricing of package and charge $$$.

Another problem is that the credit cards in Pakistan have very less maximum available limit i.e 2500$
so how will i pay 3200$ abroad?
or may be if some ones relative lives in USA/Autralia,i can send money with Western Union and hey can send the package?

3rd option. Import it via Max power guys. i heard they are expensive.
So any one any experience with importing auto parts near 3000$, can shed light on custom duties and payment methods?

I would suggest you to try max power guys. Custom duty will be some % of original price and overseas companies never hide original price.

Another advantage of Max power is that they can help you with the fitting.

Try contacting some Pakwheeler from USA, Someone trusted like Zulfiqar bhai, and if you find someone, just tell them to remove all the price tags, and send you the product through DHL, You might save alot of money this way.
