Default Something new for civic lights

Hey guys i have a 2009 honda civic and i wanted to add some lights to give a fresh look. I was planning on installing led strips at the bottom of my foglights to serve as drl lights. Can this be done? And your suggestions on what to do are also welcome

Currently i have installed hids in the high beam, led bulbs in parking lights and tinted the tail lights red.

Also, are H11 led bulbs available in the market. I saw these on ebay and i think they would look good and the light output would also be practical.
