    Default Cultus Brake Issue

    Dear All,
    i have a problem in cultus Brakes, sometime my cultus 2005 brakes very well but sometime when i push slowly the brake paddle it completely pushed at the end and brake is not applied.

    Kindly advice what is the problem because mechanic is not understand the reason.

    Suzuki Motor said to change the following parts.

    Disk Pad, disk plate, Rear Break show, & rear wheel drum.

    You have leak sonewhere in braking system or its just air in braking system

    your brake system rubber hoses are worn out + your brake fluid is old + your master cylinder has become worn due to old brake fluid most probably.

    Your brakes will be fully 'Failed' anytime, partially they are. try to find a professional mechanic, may be this issue is just improper adjustment of brakes,

    Your brakes needs bleeding as it got air in the brake cylinder there is a bleed valve in every caliper press the brake pedal and open the bleed valve the fluid should go in a container with the brake pipe connected to it you will see air bubbling continue till no air is bubbling tighten brake valve after you let go of pedal.
    You need to do all 4 wheels back first then front passenger and driver side.
    Check the brake fluid if its black it needs replacing.
    Another mention is that it could be your cylinder or pipe is perished in both cases they need replacing and the brake fluid needs bleeding.
    If you replace the rubber hose clamp it first or attach brake bleed pipe to the container in both cases they brakes need bleeding
