No, not unless u do a gearbox swap which would entail swapping out the ecu too. Provided you can find the auto box and ecu.
Toyota Altis and 2.0D Saloon have ABS. All new Hondas have ABS. Older VTIs have ABS. It is not easily possible to install ABS in vehicles which do not have it.

I was in gujranwala 3 or 4 months ago and using that XLI with ABS as an official car. I am trying to contact those rental guys. I will inform you as soon as i contact them.
