Dear Sir I am a Die hard fan of PolkAudio, Type R were $ 100 cheaper then Momo or what they call now MM series Polk also uses in MM Carbon composite basket and were rated at 130-135W RMS (type R 100) 94db (Type R around 87-89) Frequency response 30-25khz (Type R 60Hz - 27kHz)
Type X Ref were 350$ comparable to MM 329$ while Type X PRO were 700$ , cheaper then 850$ Signature reference of Polk.
I haven't heard neither type R nor Db in this part of the world, so you know better them about the stuff available.
polk audio MOMO is better match for alpine type Rs i believe.
Free Air Sub is meant to be used in tight spaces, also called infinite baffle.
There are also Shallow Subs available from Pioneer in 10inch & 12 inch, I believe I saw one at WCC 5-6 moths ago.
I agree RedBull_ar on both points.

2. JVC has punchy sound, ask the shop keeper to temperary directly connect alpine from corolla or the kenwood 959 has suggest without removing ur jvc, and see if u like them ( this should effect the sound alot )
- ideal way to get deeper bass is by adding a subwoofer in a sealed small enclosure.[/I] "
You have to purchase a sub woofer, do not remove Type S.
Producing Bass is the job of sub woofer not rear coaxial.
you cant give boys to do the Man's Job.
Did you asked majeed bhai regarding free air or shallow sub woofers with air suspensions, they need as thin as 3 inch enclosure or no enclosure at all.
My neighbor bought yesterday from saddar regal BT7043U for 13,000 and hes was saying that MP 5043U is available for 8.5K.
