Both point of views are correct.
Some more perspectives for both sides.
An officer working in Multinational gets an Altis after working less than 5 to 6 years. His pay is above 1 lac. This happens in most of them. Metro Nestle others follow this structure.
But When a gov officer spends 20 years of his life to get into Grade 20 or 21 should he not be eligible to have a reasonable car? His pay is less than 50k even after spending 20 years. Why are you guys biased on this? If a gov officer has honestly done his job then he deserves the facilities at that career level.
Lets take another thing, have you ever thought that when Multinationals pay so much to their managers and directors where do these fixed cost get financed? How do businesses maintain insane amounts of profits? It's you guys. The consumer. Multinationals rob you of your money to maintain their status quo.
Fact is we have honest guys on both sides but we do have more corrupt people in all walks of life.
It's no use pointing fingers at each other. If each one of us decides to do the right thing then our nation will be transformed.
Guys, think about it every one of us does something in our daily lives that is not falling within the realm of justice.
How many of private companies give the gov set minimum wage of 6000?
Start taking action yourself. if you are private employee or business owner then don't overcharge the consumer, don't pay the meter reader bribes to cut down ur electricity bill. Don't break other laws.
If you are gov servant then don't misuse facilities, don't take commissions from people, don't accept bribes. Work for people.
If you yourself cannot change or stop doing wrong things then don't point figures on other cus you have no right to do that.
Also, Islam teaches us that when people of a nation declare war with the commandments of Allah and his Rasool (SA) then as a curse the nation is given corrupt leaders. So, it's us guys. We are to be blamed for our misfortunes. We all are responsible.
