ISLAMABAD, March 14: Federal Minister for Tourism Dr G.G. Jamal has said that vintage car rally representing UK, the US, Germany, Australia, Jamica and Switzerland, will explore the possibility of making investment in the tourism sector of Pakistan.
The tourism minister said that the rally would not only attract foreign tourists but will also be helpful in the image-building of the country abroad.
“We will ensure the security and safety to rally during their journey in Pakistan,” he added.
As mentioned above, the vintage car rally consists of round about thirty four members, representing UK, USA, Australia, Germany, Jamica and Switzerland and will start from Islamabad on Wednesday, and will be flagged off by the Federal minister for tourism, Dr G.G.Jamal from local hotel.
The Car Rally will go to Peshawar crossing so many cities and will enter India through Lahore. They will cross to Katmandu and their ending point is Calcutta.
