308d2 is a pio 12" sub? i think its rated at 400wrms @2ohms, in which case you will need a amp stable down to 2 ohms with output of 4-500 WRMS!!!
Bruv i aint from pak, so can't recommend whats best in your market on your budget. But your mentioned 1500-2000watts. Thats very optimistic for an amps output, at best its peak.
RMS power is the only figure you should be concerned with when choosing your systems. This is the figure the component will output in normal use.
max or peak figures mean nothing.
Im sure some member can advise whats best on your budget.
So to summarize you should look for rms power, and match your subs and amps power wise.
