this is incorrect.
Vulcanization is a chemical & heating process which converts ordinary rubber into what we know as tyre compounds.
to give you an idea, take an eraser and rub it on the road, it wears VERY quickly. when rubber is vulcanized it allows it to retain many of its properties but it does not wear as quickly.
now either you are talking about retreading an old tyre or getting a puncture fixed but the correct terminology is NOT vulcanizing.
