I bet it WOULD NOT.
I used it brother. And it worked alot. There is coating of lacquer on the car paint which brake fluid can't eat.

Apply brake fluid to a soft cloth or cotton and rub the area that has paint marks on it. The brake fluid will act to remove the paint marks over the original paint from the car body.
If u're hesitating to do it, then just give it a try on minute area of the paint first.
