ok here is the procedure after my today's experience..
1- get the challan form from any agent standing infront of NBP F8 (rs. 20/-)
2- do not deposit the fee in NBP f8 because it will take hell of a time, instead deposit it any other NBP branch because all NBP branches are authorized to collect license free
3- deposit 700/- fee in NBP and get the 2 stamped copies
(fee for learner permit valid for six months (M. Cycle or Car/Jeep or LTV or HTV) is Rs. 200, fee for issue of driving license (M. Cycle or Car/Jeep or LTV or HTV or PSV) is Rs. 600, fee for issue of driving license on urgent basis is Rs. 1000 while Rs. 25 would be paid for verification of CNIC by NADRA.
Similarly, fee for renewal of driving license, within 30 day (Conversion, Duplicate/Addition) is Rs 500, fee for renewal of learners permit is Rs 100, fee for renewal of license after thirty days but within one year from the date of expiry of license is Rs 700, fee for renewal after one year within three years from the date of expiry of the license is Rs. 1000.)
4- go to ITP f8 office room 1 with you CNIC copy and stamped challan copies, they will get Rs. 50/- and allot u a token number
5- then go to room 2, where a doctor will check your eye sight, height, eye color, blood group (he only checked eye sight and asked me the rest)
6- then go to room 5 where they will first take your picture and digital thumb impression
7- another counter in same room will print your data (i got my address changed, should be of islamabad) and provide you a printed form
8- go the the window of same room, there the person will take bank challan form, copy of CNIC, expired license, and printed form from you. and issue you a token with a delivery date of aprx 6-7 days.
and thats all...
