This is where I am planning to fix the relay box on the side of the battery. I bought these box from Mittho Khan Hata Japanes toyota. Wiring the relays befor putting them in the car

You are following the book by soldering the joints and heat shrinking them, I absolutely hate twist and tape.
btw you can find bosch relays with built in spade type fuses and water proof connectors. I used to get them at the karachi junkyard - they have little ears to mount them. But this is nice too.
whats the benefit of doing this thing?
good voltage supply at the required amps to the headlights, But I am against the use of 100W bulbs in the headlamps - its literally blinding for other drivers - A more sensible option is 55/60W bulbs with a 4000K hue
Yeh I agree with you thats is why I rarely use high beam in city.BTW my car headlights reflectors are in bad condition lights is not that intense which could distract other drivers.
im going to do the same for my cultus but due to Eid unable to find parts. where did you get the parts from? I'm planning to do this week.
btw can you post a pic of your fuse box. theres a relay labelled F/I relay. mine is missing, whats is for?
