Nothing perfect in this world so is Bahria Town, but I still rate Baria Town the best gated community in Pakistan. I am not a resident of BT, but live nearby and often go to BT to see my relatives. They are very satisfied with the services, security, environment.
Last week I went to Marriott for Iftar and when I cam to parking lot I saw a Land Cruiser parked behind my car and it was BTown's LC. I was so furious over driver's utter disregard for other parked vehicles. Somehow a security guard and another driver guided me to take out my car which looked impossible. The guard told me that he requested the guy not to block other cars, but he was rude and was in hurry to break his fast. I wanted to smash the LCs windscreen while leaving, but then controlled my anger and drove away (controlling anger is also one of the purpose of fasting). Still I do not see this incident to shatter the image of BT.
During Eid holidays, BT security vehicles, about six of them with search lights had been patrolling in my area (though it is not BT) which is mostly under construction and I am the only resident in the one mile radius.
I think that BT is a success story and a case study for the prospective enterprises and businesses.
I have noting to do with BT, but just giving me own assessment.
