Ive never had issues with stopping mazda 1500s which came with no servo from the factory and drum brakes on all 4 wheels. And a mazda 1500 in good tune is no slouch and is not light either.
a car as light as a mehran which has a long brake pedal provides good leverage on the master cylinder - either you have a condition that you cannot press the brakes hard enough or you dont want to.
The Alto works brake master cylinder/booster and pedal assy is different, the pedal pivot to piston clevis distance is shorter to compensate for "overboosting" of the brakes.
