Dear All,
I had applied for new 2Mbps link DSL connection on 25th November, 2011. Their payment collection person visits my home just after 2 hours from subscription. Next day their line man activated my connection with 1Mbps speed and provide me Normal single port wired modem and ask me to wait single day for WiFi modem.
From that day till now, I am waiting for WiFi modem and still not received it. I placed many calls to their customer care (111-600-111) and sent many emails (info@link.net.pk) but they only forward my complain.
Is there any email or any contact number of Link Dot Net, which can solve this issue.
