This question is similar to a guy who wants to get a new car running on fuel for 1000 ruppees... :S
Dear Mr. Poster,
With all due respect:
1. If you want to buy a car without soodh, search for an Islamic bank leased car.
2. Secondly, if you believe that Islamic bank cars are interest free, then your more than dumb. Here is the reason why:
If you lease a car from an islamic bank, they claim that the interest amount will not be considered interest, but you will be paying every month an extra amount for the rental you pay to the bank for your car. This extra amount will go to charity.
Now, according to Islamic law, if you rent me a car for an year, and tell me to pay extra amount you are donating to charity, and I refuse to do so, You cannot force me to pay that extra amount. AGREED?!!!!!? But these dumb head Islamic banks say that if you refuse to pay the interest (oh sorry charity money ), we shall take your car back...
- Now, after making my point, I think it would be clear to you that even cars taken from Islamic bank are not SOODH free.. So, I consider knowledge is wisdom. You can google up for some videos of scholars on youtube and learn what actual islamic banking is at the back. Ye moulvi hazraaat who approved it, I don't know keeping what in mind did they agree on that...
