I have a 96 Diesel Corolla.
1.When its front shocks/springs are compressed after crossing a speed breaker and I maintain a certain speed there is a feeling as if something in the front is compressing against the body and there is an odd sound, its like vibration and can be felt in the steering as well.It is not the sound of metal touching the breaker etc.Its more like a vibration but the car's balance is not disturbed due to that. And its not felt when I cross the breaker in slow or fast speeds. Its only felt when I brake near the breaker and then release brake pedal and let it cross so that the suspension is compressed fully.
Front shocks are new and KYB.
2.After a U-turn if one leaves the steering on its own.It returns back to the straight position. What is the reason if it does not return to the straight position and is stuck in the fully turned position?
