Don't put the light on dashboard, you can do a DIY with the gauge cluster. Use one of the two unused (optional) indicator spots I have indicated in the following picture.
Try to buy a transparency sheet from a stationary shop or make one your self from a hard plastic sheet in A4 size that can be used in the printer.
Now using a .doc file place numerous VTEC signs on the sheet but the VTEC text should be small enough to fit inside one of the unused indicator spots. Try different fonts, white (no color) background and black text, black background and white (no color) text etc. like the one below...
Print this document file on the transparency sheet using a laser printer. After printing is done cut each logo with a scissor but keep additional margin so that you can use epoxy to fix it on the back of the gauge cluster. For the bulb try to get one from a spares shop wire it with the vtec out pin on the ecu.
