No reason for being apologetic brother...gold club i am guessing is a golf club...anyhow it depends on where you are located and how deep your pockets are really....if you are willing for settling for a private club i.e. Raya, Royal Palm etc you will have to dish out over 700k minimum to even 1.3 million in membership fees alone. On the other hand if you work with the Armed Forces or alternatively the Civil Government, you can get a membership of clubs like the Lahore Gymkhana and the Lahore Garrison, which shall cost considerably lower. Mind you both Gymkhana and Garrison do also entertain civilian (non government) people, however long waiting lists and membership costs generally in the vicinity of those of Raya and Royal Palm generally mean that people prefer to opt for Raya and Royal Palm. If you are a beginner I would suggest you to secure a membership with a club outside Lahore, e.g. Rahwali Cantt Golf Course or some other smaller course in another city, entitling you a PGA (Pakistan Golf Association) membership, and then on the card playing in these clubs in Lahore by just paying the green fees. This will save you from the initial membership fee hassle, as membership for smaller out of major city clubs is below the PKR 75,000 mark. The green fees for a round of 18 can range anywhere between PKR 500 to PKR 1500, again depending on the club in Lahore. On top of which you should add between PKR 350 - 500 per round of 18 as caddy fees. I hope this answers your query!!
