Bro, I've already told you that for iPhones, PRICE is the only issue that if you want to buy a lower-price range smartphone, then definitely you won't have iPhone in your choice-list with the features at the price, but regarding jailbreaking and stuff, if you've bought an iPhone and a little know-how of iOS stuff, then it won't cost you a penny to jailbreak your iPhone and get the amazing tweaks and apps for full functionality. But, I'll again say that PRICE is the issue, if you'll manage to pay the PRICE of the iPhone, then I assure you that it would worth the price.
Note: Moreover for your information, for getting the full functionality and capability of Android, you also need to root your device or otherwise you won't be able to get the full out of the Android either, so it's kind of marketing strategy to me that the smartphone vendors first launch phone with limited capabilities with the software and then the jailbreaking and rooting tools to get it going.
