I agree with @hsumbal, restoring an army auctioned rkr to a reliable machine in 800k is next to impossible. I restored mine some 2 yrs back and ended up spending arnf 1.0 million and tht too without anything fancy.

Vehicle form army auction with taxes- 400-550k ( I got mine for 510k)
Registration- 70K
Tyres and rims 100k
new carb-25k
electricals-15k
bearings and suspension -25k
power steering- 20-30k
Air con- 30k
soft top- 15k
seats and interior- 25k
dent paint-60-80k
brakes-10-15k
engine overhauling- 50k
Add another 50k for miscellaneous works and than the fuel cost involved in sourcing the right parts.
