Based on my experience with the same jerk issue in my previous 2005 Lancer [AT of course]: I'd say a jerk when shifting from N to D is most always a sign of a something really bad waiting to happen, especially if it's not related to increased RPM.
Moreover, as NightShade mentioned, this is not likely to be related to the throttle body anyway. Moreover, it's likely not related to IACV either, and nor the MAP or MAF sensor issue, since these would usually cause the car to periodically miss/stutter/jerk during normal acceleration as well.
Since you haven't mentioned any such issue, I'd recommend having the transmission itself properly analyzed so as to ensure that all relevant sensors are working fine.
