In the order of preference:
condition > year of manufacturer > mileage .. if thats what ur asking.
Mileage is least important as its easily reversed, plus you'll generally judge the condition of engine/suspension through other signs. 100K driven well kept car will have better engine/suspension then a 50K driven abused car.
Year of manufacturing is only important to get an idea of overall wear and tear of the vehicle specially for the hidden parts.
