I got a brand new honda city and now it has been two times that I applied the hand brake but forgot to lower it and tried to move the car. Will this cause any damage to my car or its suspensions?
Is it not giving you any beep or warning sound about hand brake not down. Repeating this again and again may damage you car break shoes and wheel hub lining.
Not it's not giving me any warning. Does city give warning?

if you just "tried" to move the car then don't worry but driving with handbrake on can damage the system. This habit is common in new drivers and it will go away soon
Does city has only the light on the meter to indicate the Handbrake or does it also have some noise alarm?
If i am not wrong than according to 2015 city owners manual it's says city has a beeper for hand break, but can't confirm it as I haven't tried it more the manual for ivtec and aspire is the same so may be this function only available in aspire.
handbrake light even comes on when brakefluid is low!
