I have a Mehran on petrol and a Cuore automatic again on petrol. I think I can give some input on items in your list which are independent on fuel.
A/C:
No A/C in my Mehran, but Cuore has Mild and Cool and I never used Cool, because mild is cold enough for me. Its thermostat is also good so that A/C turns off / on itself and does not get too cool when I do not need it
Road Grip:
No comparison, I replaced generals with bridgestones on cuore the first day, and had bridgestones once on mehran too but Cuore just sticks to the road, while mehran tends to fly off.
Comfort:
I think its personal taste, but Mehran's seat is like a kursi, too high, which never gave me a comfortable driving position.
body parts:
both have many 3S plaes around the city, you will have more 2 number options for Mehran but then again you are never sure when something GENUINE is required
My advice, take a test drive of both, take your time to make your decision unless you can afford to switch cars often, I had Alto VXR/CNG on my mind but took 5 months to decide and am happy with my choice of Cuore But that does not mean everybody else would like the car as much as I do.
