KARACHI: The 13th annual Kaizen convention of Indus Motors acknowledged the efforts of the Kaizen teams, its vendors and dealers on Tuesday.
According to a press release on Tuesday, the representatives made several presentations including the practices that helped organization to enhance productivity, improving teamwork and reduce costs.
Danishmand, dean and director IBA said Kaizen practices if implemented by other manufacturers would not only provide them benerfits, but also raise quality, productivity and output on a national level. Parvez Ghias chief executive officer Indus Motors highlighted the positive role of Kaizen at IMC as well as its dealer and vendors family.
