These Alcatel and ASUS smartphones are very good, but there is almost zero after sales service here, so it becomes a headache when you want to get them repaired or LCD is broken etc. The sellers give guarantee about replacement parts, but when you need it, they disappear.
Your requirements are very basic, so don't worry about processors as all of them are more than sufficient for your requirements.
720P and 1080P display do not make huge difference in real life. If camera is not your major requirement. You can even get Lenovo Vibe P1M (rs 16500) for this basic stuff and it has excellent 720p display and bottom firing good loudspeaker. 4G internet with 4000 mah battery too. Great for day to day tasks, as most of my friends are using it happily.
But there are some very good models in 23000-30,000/- range with official warranty (peace of mind). Galaxy J5, J7, P8 Lite (not too good display), Lenovo K4 note, Honor 5X etc.
In non warranty brand new phones, you can check OnePlus X, LG G3 (QuadHD display)
Lenovo K4 note is a very good multimedia phone having dual front facing Dolby Atmos speakers with very good 1080P display. It has its own theatre max VR system (sold separately) for enhanced 3D multimedia experience.
J5 and J5 has an excellent 720P super AMOLED display, very colourful and vibrant, but has just normal loudspeaker.
Honor 5X has very good 1080p display, but loudspeaker is normal.
Watch some reviews about these. They are very good phones.
