Problem solved. Culprit was a loose wire
seems to be a short or bad earth issuego to a qualified electrician ASAP
Do you hear the noise of a loose belt? which is more prominent when engine is cold. Before considering the alternator see if there are any cracks or excessive wear in its belt which may cause it to slip, hence the loose belt sound.
It could be an Alternator just my guess or it could be some wiring issue but get it checked from experienced Electrician because this model has some twisty system !
Checked all wires, no short circuit
No sound of belt. Electrician is saying it can be an issue of speedo meter. Have to change it to see if it helps
Check the fuses and wirings...
Im sure they will be sorted out in minor issue!
