Salaam Everyone!
I had the experience of changing the wipers for my father's official car. It was a Khyber. I was about to enter waseem autos but a person came to me from behind inquiring whether I needed wipers. My driver started to check what kind of wipers he had.
After thorough inspection of the best ones he had, my driver told me to buy them. Although hesitant at first, I agreed.
The wipers were the ones which do not have any screws, they just slide into the wiper rods. They were bought for Rs. 180.
And they worked perfectly well. they had that metal wire in them which is used to make the blades straight. They never gave a problem. It was only that the place where the wiper rods fitted into broke off after about 5-6 months. My driver fixed them again with Magic Depoxy Steel and they were as good as new.
Well in my opinion they were as good as genuine. however, sometimes the wipers may be cleaning well but they might still streak your windscreen.
Coming to the point, I think it would be wise to go to a 3S dealer and get the original ones if your windscreen has no scratches on it and it has good visibility at night. If not then you can always buy ones from the people selling them on foot. The point is that why spend Rs.700 on new blades when you can change your windscreen for Rs. 1300. It would be better off changing your windscreen and then installing the genuine blades.
I hope this helps.
Thanks.
